HTK has completed design and documents for the KANG/AGD, a new 108,035 square foot, $29,000,000 facility. The readiness center program provides 17,230 SF of common use area for assembly, auditorium, classrooms, training, kitchen, physical fitness, showers, and restroom facilities. Programmed unit and Special spaces include 57,786 SF of administrative offices, unit storage and arms vaults, heated storage, locker rooms, and a medical unit physical exam space. Also included is 6,282 SF allocated for vehicle maintenance work bay and associated office spaces. The project further includes 25,549 SY of paved area for POV parking. The facility is designed in compliance with ASA sustainable design and ATFP requirements.
