Brad R. Kiehl, is a new addition to the HTK team as Director of Project Development with over 29 years of experience. As an educational planning expert, Brad fully understands how the physical environment can support teaching and learning. He is adept at guiding communities and stakeholders through a collaborative process to define goals and create solutions that meet their educational needs. Brad is a registered architect and has a proven track record in educational facility planning. He will be a tremendous resource between the design/engineering team and the construction management team.

How quick technology and the younger generation are changing the landscape we live in. Students are being more innovative and creating unique opportunities for them to succeed in life, sometimes before they graduate high school.
I had a friend in college who challenged me to workout. 32 years later, I still start every day with a workout. This one activity not only changed who I was physically but mentally gave me the independence and self-confidence I needed to be successful in my career.
Success is achieving peace of mind in life through self-satisfaction knowing you have given your very best and being thankful for all you have achieved. Simply put – it’s having family and friends around you that love you and support you through life.
I love that I get to work with awesome colleagues at HTK and meet new people and work with them and their communities to change the educational landscape for their children in the hopes of a brighter future.
