HTK assisted Wellsville USD 289 with Master Planning and Bond Assistance for an $18.1 Million Bond Issue that was approved in May of 2021. HTK has now completed the approved projects. Projects consisted of sitework, facade upgrades, secure entrance renovations/additions, interior renovations and an addition to the existing gymnasium to include a wrestling room, weight room and storage. Interior renovations included classrooms, science classrooms, locker rooms, restrooms, hallways and administrative offices. Other facility components such as roofing, HVAC, plumbing and electrical upgrades were also included.
