Jodi Loy, AAIA

After formally stepping away from the Architecture world for almost 20 years to focus on family, Jodi recently returned to HTK.  In the early years away, Jodi and her husband combined to form a design/ build team and completed many residential projects, learning to listen and communicate with clients’ wants and needs.  With a return to HTK, Jodi has enjoyed catching up with the technology and learning many things from her amazing colleagues, contributing to a variety of projects.  She is a hard worker, enjoys the interactions with clients and teammates, and is constantly asking questions to ensure the job is done right. Through it all, Jodi maintains a positive attitude and flexibility.

  • I have always been into fitness – I enjoy running, biking, lifting weights, and kayaking.
  • I make hand-made paper beads that I then turn into jewelry. I’ve got a side gig called PB & J Jewels – Paper Beads & Jodi.
  • I have 3 children: my adult daughter, Mason is in her 2nd year of Vet school at KSU (go Wildcats!); my adult son, Taegan runs Cross Country & Track for the University of St. Mary and is a Biology major (aspiring to be an Oncologist); and my youngest son, Kaelin, is a sophomore in High School and is an amazing soccer player (aspiring to play professionally).
