We assess a variety of influences, including demographics, infrastructure, facility needs, projected growth, regulations, operational efficiency, pedestrian and vehicle access, parking accessibility and other critical factors. It is important that we evaluate the physical condition of each facility to determine if the facilities are effectively meeting our client’s needs. We further review the economics and financial viability of potential design solutions and consider the benefits of operational phasing.
