Our staff stays current on Building/Life Safety Codes, State Fire Codes, and ADA Design Guidelines through HTK’s mentoring program and in-house as well as external continuing education workshops.  All of our Project Architects have extensive experience conducting code compliance studies and working with local jurisdictions to ensure each project complies with all applicable codes and accessibility guidelines.  Our staff understands the process of working with local zoning and planning officials to ensure applicable regulations are met and the schedule for the planning approval and permitting process is integrated into the project schedule.
