A new freestanding 26,000 square foot building adjacent to the existing High School. The facility houses a wood shop, building trades shop, welding shop as well as small engine repair and robotics. Other subjects include Business / Entrepreneurship, Accounting, Journalism and AV Communications. Additional special functions include a state of the art computer lab for CAD instruction as well as a maker space and a green screen video production studio. The combination of disciplines is expected to drive unique synergies not normally found in these types of facilities. A central spine creates multiple and varied opportunities for breakouts and group learning. The building itself is an instructional tool due to the construction materials and methods incorporated.
