Maria Kutina, AIA, NCARB has grown into a strong leader and was recently promoted to Principal. She joins fellow Principals Mark Franzen, Gordon Kimble, Elizabeth Johnson, and Zachary Snethen on the Executive Shareholders Committee at HTK Architects. Maria has played an integral part in our continued growth through her unwavering commitment to clients. She also leads daily operations and production in our Topeka Studio. She continuously demonstrates leadership and inspires others around her. Maria interned with HTK in 2007 and now has more than 10 years’ experience serving as a senior project manager and architect on a variety of complex projects. Recently leading projects at Stormont Vail Health, Transient Barracks at Ft. Leavenworth, Topeka & Shawnee County Public Library, Shaner & Mathes Early Learning Centers, Most Pure Heart of Mary Parish, and Capitol Federal. Maria will continue to manage studio productivity and quality standards with HTK project teams.
