Azura Credit Union has 12 branches throughout northeast Kansas, including a new branch in Ottawa. Several locations were the product of previous acquisitions of other credit union facilities and thus lacked a consistent identity.

HTK was retained to evaluate existing corporate brand standards and identify a plan for implementing brand standards throughout their facilities through phased renovations of each facility.
Additionally, Azura is beginning to transition to a modern model of banking, called retail banking.

This new model creates a welcoming lobby with self serve features as well as a banking specialist for customer support. Projects have ranged from small interior remodels to retrofit new ITM machines to full renovations to the customer experience in the banking location.
